Specifies the focus settling time, i.e. the maximum number of drum rotations
when learning the initial focus before the focus is considered to be as good as
it is going to get. Focus learning may well end with fewer rotations if the
focus figure of merit drops below 50. Focus will be considered OK after
fsettle rotations regardless of the figure of merit.
